Are you offering a free trial?
You can use Onlineboard without registration for free. We are currently in BETA, which means the PRO features are accessible to everyone free of charge.
When is the BETA going to end?
Honestly, we do not know. When we feel that our product is finished and ready to be sold, we will announce moving out of the beta.
What will be the price of the PRO account after BETA ends?
The final pricing will depend on the state of the market and the number of features we get implemented in our product. We are trying to aim for a cost no greater than 5 euros per user per month.
Are you offering a discount for schools during the COVID-19 crisis?
We are aware that teaching via the internet has its downsides, and we are trying to improve the experience by building a tool that works exactly as a whiteboard in real-life. You can contact us with your inquiry, and we can provide you with the details.
How to enable the dark theme?
The application and webpage enable dark theme automatically when your device is using a dark theme. You can also turn on the dark mode manually in settings. The background color of the whiteboards you are invited to is not affected by your dark theme setting.
Do you use Onlineboard when developing Onlineboard?
Absolutely! It is the tool that speeds up meetings and helps with planning in all our departments.
Can I customize colors and background?
Color and background customization are features of our Pro plan. You can change the colors and background of boards you have created in settings. In a free plan, you can enable the dark theme and enjoy boards with a black background.
Do you offer discount for students?
We prefer issuing a license for the whole university/school. If this option is not working for you, please send us a proof of study (ISIC, contact us from a legit use university email), and we will get back to you!
Can I limit who can access my board?
You can set the privacy setting of your board to invite-only with PRO mode. With our free plan, only people who have the URL address of your board can access it. Be careful who you share the board address with!
